Process of preparing cobalt basic carbonate by taking copper-cobalt ores as raw materials

The invention discloses a process of preparing cobalt basic carbonate by taking copper-cobalt ores as raw materials. The process comprises the following steps: I, calcining concentrate of copper-cobalt ores; II, after calcining, adding concentrated sulfuric acid for gradient stirring; III, carrying out copper electrodeposition; IV, adding bleaching water for oxidative precipitation; V, adding thefiltrate obtained in the V and a sodium carbonate solution into a reaction kettle to react to obtain a suspension liquid; VI, ageing the suspension liquid in the V; VII, carrying out filter pressing on the suspended liquid obtained in the VI with a filter press, and washing the obtained filter cake with deionized water; VIII, mixing the filter cake obtained in the VII with the deionized water andthen adding the sodium carbonate solution; and VIIII, after filter-pressing the slurry in the VIII by the filter press, washing an obtained filter cake with deionized water, and drying the filter caketo obtain a cobalt basic c
