The tree pool cover plate comprises a permeable plate and a circular opening, the permeable plate is parallel and level withthe ground, strip-shaped cushion stones are arranged on the lower portion of the ground and perpendicular to the periphery of the permeable plate, overflowing holes are formed in the upper portions ofthe strip-shaped cushion stones, prefabricated reinforced permeable concrete plates are spliced to form the permeable plate, reinforcing steel bars coated with corrosion inhibitors and permeable concrete are cast to form the prefabricated reinforced permeable concrete plates, and the permeable concrete is prepared from coarse aggregates, cement, silica fume, water, rubber powder and water repellent agents.
