The invention provides a motor that comprises: a stator having a plurality of coils aligned annularly; and a rotation shaft passing through the stator. The stator has n pairs of three-phase circuits,which have three phases. Each phase of the three-phase circuit has a coil group in which m (m>=2) number of coils are connected by a single conductive wire. All the coil groups of all the pairs of three-phase circuits are identical in the direction in which the coils are wound. Each of the three-phase circuits comprises: a neutral-point bus bar connecting, as a neutral point, one coil terminal ofeach of the coil groups; and a bus bar for three phases, connecting with the other coil terminal of each of the coil groups. The bus bars for the three phases of the three-phase circuits of the same pair are circumferentially arranged to compose a bus bar group for phase.
