The method includes: firstly, modeling the bent pipe; establishing a dimensionless pressure distribution model; and solving an undetermined coefficient of the dimensionless pressure distribution model force according to numerical simulation, substituting the solved undeterminedcoefficient into the circumferential distribution stress formula and the axial distribution stress to judge the main stress, and finally establishing a variable-wall-thickness bent pipe wall thicknessmathematical model according to the circumferential distribution stress distribution formula or the axial distribution stress distribution formula.
