Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for recycling copper in wet process zinc smelting copper slag. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, primary slurrying, secondly, secondary slurrying andball milling, thirdly, third-time slurrying, and one-segment leaching; fourthly, fourth-time slurrying, and second-segment leaching; fifthly, dechlorinating; and sixthly, electrodeposition. O2+H2O2 serves as an oxidizing agent, through adjusting of the process sequence and the oxidizing leaching step, Cu, CuS and CuCl are effectively oxidized through one step, meanwhile, Cl- in the CuCl is released, Cu(powder) is adopted for removing Cl- until being blow 0.3g/l, the cooled and purified electric pregnant solution is subjected to electrodeposition to produce the cathode copper, according to theelectrodeposition density difference under the different copper ion concentration conditions, the segmented electrodeposition is developed, and the copper metal leaching rate is above 97%.
