Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for preparing aluminum ferrosilicon through electric arc furnace smelting by using aluminum ash as a raw material. The secondary aluminum ash is used as the raw material, an aluminum electrolytic cell waste cathode carbon block is used as a reducing agent, the fly ash is used as an additive to adjust the aluminum content in the raw material, the diatomite waste slagis used as an additive to adjust the silicon content in the raw material, and high-temperature reducing is conducted on the material mainly made of aluminum oxide and silicon oxide in an electric arcfurnace so that the certain-composition aluminum ferrosilicon alloy is prepared. In the high-temperature reducing process, the decomposition of aluminum nitride in the aluminum ash and the decomposition of cyanide in the waste cathode carbon block, as well as the volatilization and recycling of fluoride, chloride and alkali metal in the material are achieved, the batching manner uses a variety ofwaste, the aluminum ferros
