The invention discloses a rapid pre-screwing-down tool for bolts. The rapid pre-screwing-down tool comprises a shell, a driving rolling wheel, belt wheels, belts, a tool clamp plate and screwing-downcolumns. The shell and the tool clamp plate form a box body.
