A hot water outlet of the air compressor is connected to the lithium bromide absorption refrigerating unit, the lithium bromide absorption refrigerating unit is connected to the waste heat recovery device, the waste heat recovery device is connected to the air compressor, and the lithium bromide absorption refrigerating unit is connected to the compressed air heat exchanger; and the compressed air heat exchanger is connected to the waste cold recovery device.
