Barren rock is crushed, then loaded onto a trunk and conveyed into a stope; and then barren rock filingand tailing slurry filling are simultaneously conducted in the stope, or the stope is filled with the barren rock in the time period when the stope is filled with the tailing slurry but the tailing slurry is not initially set. According to the downhole barren rock and tailing synergistic cemented filling method, the ground pressure of the stope can be controlled, surface subsidence is prevented, emission of solid waste in a mine is reduced, unit consumption of cement can be reduced, and the downhole barren rock and tailing synergistic cemented filling method is an optimal emission path of barren rock consumed by current downhole mine mining.
