Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides high-strength high-conductivity Al-Fe-La-xCu aluminum alloy foil. The foil is prepared from 0.06-0.3wt% of Fe, 0.06-0.2wt% of La, 0-0.3 wt% of Cu, and the balance Al. The aluminum alloy foil maintains both high strength and high conductivity, the tensile strength of the cold-rolled aluminum alloy foil is 203-235 MPa, and the conductivity is 56-59% IACS; and after being subjected to heat treatment at 160 DEG C for 5 hours, the aluminum alloy foil has a tensile strength of 180-219 MPa and a conductivity of 56-58.7% IACS.
