Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of the organic chemical industry, and particularly discloses an N-hybrid porphyrin photodynamic therapeutic agent and a synthesis method thereof. Accordingto the chemical structural formula, the synthesis method includes the steps of making 5-halogenated-2,3,3-trimethyindole and tetraphenyl N-hybrid porphyrin have a condensation reaction under the catalysis of organic acid, and obtaining the N-hybrid porphyrin photodynamic therapeutic agent through one pot at high yield. The method is characterized in that the structure with halogen is obtained efficiently through one pot, and therefore the PDT therapeutic agent with a good photodynamic treatment effect is obtained, and the singlet-state oxygen yield of the agent is in a high level.
