The preparation method comprises the following steps that sodium methoxide and chloroform generates dimethoxy chloromethane under the action of a catalyst; the dimethoxy chloromethane obtained in the last step is reacted with dimethylamine toobtain the N,N-dimethylformamide dimethylacetal.
