The oil tank transport vehicle comprises a chassis, a lifting device, a clamping device and arotary device; the lifting device is connected with the chassis; and the clamping device comprises a fixing frame and a clamping assembly, and the fixing frame is connected with the upper part of thelifting device. The clamping assembly is connected with the fixing frame, and the clamping assembly comprises two arc-shaped clamping plates oppositely arranged; and the two clamping plates can be close to or away from each other. The rotary device is connected with the fixing frame, and the rotary device is connected with the clamping plates in a transmission mode and used for rotating the two clamping plates.
