APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING VARIOUS CAP ASSEMBLIES

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing various cap assemblies, comprising: a transfer conveyor unit for loading and transferring cap plates determined to be of good quality asa result of a primary sealing inspection conducted on a plurality of cap plates having a safety vent and a membrane welded thereto; an aligning transfer unit for inserting, into the rivet holes of the cap plates, rivet assemblies obtained by combining rivets with insulators by the transfer conveyor unit; a top plate supply unit for mounting a top plate or an OSD on the cap plates; a terminal plate supply unit for mounting a terminal plate on the upper part of the top plates; a caulking unit for compressing and caulking the rivets protruding from terminal plate holes; a terminal plate weldingunit for forming welded parts by welding the caulked rivets and terminal plate holes; and at least one secondary sealing inspection unit for loading the cap plates onto a secondary inspection die andapplying a positive pressur
