The invention discloses a temporary short-circuit grounding wire capable of being locked, which comprises a fixed clamp, a movable clamp, a junction block, a connecting pipe, a pull rod, a hand-pull rod, a hook, an elastic member and a handle. The fixed clamp and the movable clamp are arranged on the junction block. One end of the connecting pipe is fixed on the junction block, and the handle is arranged at the other end. The pull rod is arranged in the connecting pipe, and the pull rod is connected with the movable clamp at one end and is equipped with the hand-pull rod at the other end. Thehand-pull rod drives the pull rod to move so as to keep the movable clamp far away from the fixed clamp.
