Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a highly active oxygen reduction catalyst and a preparation method and a use thereof, which belong to the field of catalysts. The preparation method of the highly active oxygenreduction catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) preparing required raw materials into ethanol solution; (2) obtaining precipitate by heating, stirring, aging, centrifugating and drying; and (3)obtaining the oxygen reduction catalyst through calcining in a protective atmosphere. The preparation method of the oxygen reduction catalyst provided by the invention has the advantages as follows:there is a wide source of raw materials, and the cost of raw materials is low; the preparation method is simple and easy to operate; and the equipment needed for catalyst preparation is simple, and there is no pollution and 'three industrial wastes' in the production process.
