Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an AgMe contact material for a circuit breaker and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises steps that 1, Ag powder, Me powder and additive powder are premixed to obtain AgMe mixed powder; 2, the obtained AgMe mixed powder is subjected to high and low speed alternate wet ball milling; 3, the powder after wet ball milling is subjected to wet glue mixing and granulation; 4, the granulated powder is subjected to molding and pressing to obtain an AgMe green body; 5, the AgMe green body is degummed and sintered to obtain an AgMe porous skeleton; and 6, the AgMe porous skeleton after degumming and sintering and the Ag are subjected to infiltration and sintering to obtain the AgMe electrical contact material.
