The invention provides a metal health early-warning method which comprises the steps of receiving a content which is input by a user, wherein the content is input in a user input method which is acquired by a first terminal; performing emotion analysis on the content; determining a metal health level according to an emotion analysis result; and generating early-warning information according to themetal health level.
