The optical detection device comprises a stroboscopic controller, a camera and at least two light sources; relative positions of different light sources with a to-be-detected sample are different; the stroboscopic controller is respectively connected with the at least two light sources and used for controlling the at least two light sources to transmit detection light beams in a time sharing manner; and the camera is used for acquiring images of the to-be-detected sample under the detection light beams transmitted by different light sources.
