The device comprises a stand column arranged near a track, a target arranged on the track, a laser ranging sensor, a camera, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a processor, a clock module, a wireless transmission module and a server, wherein the laser ranging sensor, the camera, the CPU, the processor, the clock module, the wireless transmission module and the server are arranged on the stand column; the CPU is independently electrically connected with the laser ranging sensor, the camera, the processor and the wireless transmission module; the processor is electrically connected with the clock module; and the wireless transmission module and the server are wirelessly connected. The device has the characteristics that an unmanned full-automation operation can be realized, accuracy is high and safety is good.
