Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for lipase catalysis and online synthesis of 2-phenylaminocyclohexanol. The method includes the steps: using methyl alcohol as a reaction solvent, using phenylamine and cyclohexene oxide of which a molar ratio is 1:0.6-1.4 as raw materials, and using Lipozyme RM IM as a catalyst, enabling the raw materials and the reaction solvent to be placed in an injector, uniformly filling in a reaction channel of a microfluidic channel reactor by the Lipozyme RM IM, continuously feeding the raw materials and the reaction solvent into the reaction channel to perform a ring-opening reaction under the pushing of an injection pump, wherein the inner diameter of the reaction channel of the microfluidic channel reactor is 0.8-2.4mm, and the reaction channel is 0.5-1.0m in length; and controlling an ring-opening reaction temperature to be 30-50 DEG C, wherein time of the ring-opening reaction is 10-30min, collecting reaction liquid online through a product collector, andperforming conventional p
