The invention provides a novel three-phase ozone catalytic vulcanization tower. The tower comprises a tower body, a water inlet pipe arranged at the lower end of the tower body and a water outlet pipearranged at the upper end; and the tower is characterized in that the water inlet pipe is provided with a pipe mixer, a booster reflux pump and a jet aerator in sequence, the water inlet pipe is connected with a water-distribution gas-distribution main pipe located at one end of a water-distribution gas-distribution zone at the bottom of the tower body, uniformly-distributed water-distribution gas-distribution branch pipes are horizontally inserted into the water-distribution gas-distribution main pipe, the other end is provided with an emptying opening, the upper layer of the water-distribution gas-distribution zone at the bottom is provided with a cobblestone layer, and the bottom of the cobblestone layer is provided with short-handle filter heads communicating with the water-distribution gas-distribution zone.
