The invention discloses a gluing mechanism for a combined wood board. The gluing mechanism comprises a support frame, an operating table, a conveyor belt, vertical plates, a first rubber roller and asecond rubber roller. The outer sides of delivery wheels are wound with the conveyor belt, and the vertical plates are fixedly arranged on both sides of the support frame. The first rubber roller is rotatably disposed at the position, at one end of the upper side of the operating table, between the two vertical plates, and grooves are formed in the other sides of the vertical plates. Adjusting blocks are slidably connected to the inner sides of the grooves, and screw hole plates are fixedly disposed at the positions, above the grooves, at the top ends of the vertical plates.
