The pipeline dredging repair device consists of a repair head and a rotary machine (6), wherein an internal thread connector (1-3) is arranged at the end part of the repair head; the internal thread connector (1-3) of the repair head is connected with a connecting rod (4) with external threads on one end to match the internal thread connector (1-3); the other end of the connecting rod (4) is provided with an internal thread connector (4-1) which is identical with the internal thread connector (1-3); a movable joint (5) is optionally arranged on the internal thread connector (4-1) on the connecting rod (4); the connecting rod (4) is connected with the rotary machine (6) through the movable joint (5); a guide wheel (6-1) is arrangedon the rotary machine (6); the rotary machine (6) is arranged on a guide rail (7) through the guide wheel (6-1); and the length of the guide rail (7) is longer than that of the connecting rod (4).
