The invention provides an efficient and quick sampling device for organic pollutants in soil and underground water. The efficient and quick sampling device comprises a drilling tube and a sampling component arranged in the drilling tube; the end portion of the drilling tube is a drilling bit; a heating component is arranged in the drilling tube; an ultrasonic sensor is arranged in the drilling bit; and micro holes for transmitting ultrasonic waves are formed in the drilling bit. The heating component is located in the drilling tube side wall above the sampling component to promote volatilization of volatile organic matters.
