The clutch plate comprises the following components of, in percentage by weight, 10-15% of C, 12-25% of Mn, 2.5-5% of Cr, 2-3.5% of V, 2-5%of N, and the residual amount Fe and inevitable impurities; and the clutch plate manufacturing method comprises the following steps of smelting the raw materials, wherein the smelting temperature is controlled to be 700 -800 DEG C, and then injecting molten liquid into a mold to carry out die casting to obtain a finished product. The clutch plate manufacturing method is simple in preparation and high in strength.
