The invention discloses a manufacturing method of cellulose nano-fiber. The method comprises the steps that in a reaction solution system, an oxidant of the specific usage amount is added, a cellulosematerial is oxidized, and the cellulose nano-fiber is manufactured, wherein the reaction solution system contains a buffer solution with the pH being 9-11, an aralkyl piperidine oxide of the specifictype and a metal halide.
