Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing fructose magnesium diphosphate. The method includes 1) reacting fructose with sodium dihydrogen phosphate in the presence of magnesium chloride and immobilized yeast, and purifying the reactant to obtain fructose-1,6-diphosphate; 2) preparing the fructose-1,6-diphosphate obtained in the step 1) into a water solution of the 1,6-diphosphoric acid, and adding powdery magnesium hydroxides to the water solution of the 1,6-diphosphoric acid in batches while stirring, and carrying out a reaction to obtain the fructose magnesium diphosphate, wherein the feeding amount of the fructose-1,6-diphosphate is excessive relative to the magnesium hydroxides. The product with high yield and high purity can be obtained by the method, and the method is simple inprocess and suitable for industrial production.
