The novel boron-containing organic electroluminescent material is synthesized through a multi-step buckle reaction, and molecules have a suitable molecular weight (400-1200), a wider energy gap (3.5-4.0eV) and a higher glass transition temperature Tg (120 DEG C or above) and is suitable for use as a light-emitting layer main material.
