Citric acid and hyaluronic acid are dissolved into water to obtain a mixed solution A; the mixed solution A is subjected to a hydrothermal reaction for 4-12 hours to obtain an HA-CDs solution; the HA-CDs solution is dialysed by using a dialysis membrane and then centrifuged, after standing, supernatant liquid is taken to obtain the blue-fluorescence carbon quantum dots.
