Preparation method of super-hydrophobic composite coating and super-hydrophobic composite material

The invention relates to a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic composite coating and a super-hydrophobic composite material. The preparation method of the super-hydrophobic composite coating comprises the following steps that 1) an adhesive coating liquid is coated on a substrate, at least partially curing the adhesive coating liquid, and a pre-cured layer is formed on the substrate after atleast part of the adhesive coating liquid is cured; and 2) a dipping and pulling method is used for film making, wherein the pre-cured layer obtained in the step 1) is dipped in a hydrophobic nano-particle dispersion liquid, a film is prepared through pulling, and then drying is carried out to obtain the super-hydrophobic composite coating.
