The system is characterized by comprising an evaporator (1), a compressor (2), a crystallization tank (3), an expansion valve (4), a separator (5),a crystal storage tank (6), a circulating pump (7), a heat exchanger (8), a separator (9), a fresh water storage tank (10), an expansion valve (11), a vacuumizing device (12), and a circulating pump (13). The system can efficiently recover the heat in a concentrated solution (14) to realize recycling and reuse of waste heat, and can meet the air dehumidification requirement to provide products ofdry air (18), and thus is a dual-purpose system having the advantages of improving the energy utilization efficiency, reducing the energy consumption, and the like.
