Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a method for controlling more effective iridovirus infection diseases in fishes such as the genus Oplegnathus. The present invention provides a vaccine formulation containing inactivated iridovirus as an antigen and requiring 107.0 TCID 50 or more per dose for the iridovirus infectious disease in fish and the like. Through inactivated iridovirus as an antigen and administering 107.0 TCID 50 or more per dose, even though sea bream species or the like which has been considered as a vaccine in the past can be effectively avoided.
