Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an infrared detecting device for cloth damage detection, which comprises a guiding roller group, an infrared emitter and an infrared receiver, wherein the right side of the guiding roller group is provided with a traction roller group flush with the guiding roller group; the guiding roller group is composed of two longitudinal rollers which are arranged in an attached mode; the upper longitudinal roller is detachably arranged on a support; the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver which are arranged vertically are mounted between the guiding roller group and the traction roller group; a gap is left between the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver; a cloth is placed between the two longitudinal rollers; the extending end of the cloth passes through the gap between the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver and passes out from a traction gap of the traction roller group; and the guiding roller group, the infrared emitter, the infrared receiver andthe traction roller group
