The cable clamp-feeding pulling device comprises a foldable hinge mechanism and two crawler belt conveying mechanisms, wherein the hinge mechanism is arranged between the two crawler belt conveying mechanisms, and the two ends of the hinge mechanism are rotatably connected with the two crawler belt conveying mechanisms correspondingly; when a cable is clamp-fed, the hinge mechanism folds, and two crawler belt conveying devices rotate to the oppositely arranged state, and thus a cable channel for clamping the cable is formed between crawler belts of the two crawler belt conveying devices; when the cable is pulled, the hinge mechanism unfolds for fixing the cable, and the two crawler belt conveying devices rotate to the parallel arranged state, and the crawler belt conveying devices are used as travelling mechanisms to pull the cable.
