Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a flexible heater based on a polyimide in-situ growth silver electrode. A method for preparing the flexible heater comprises selecting a polyimide sheet as a substrate, selectively growing a silver layer on the obtained substrate, disposing a protective layer on the silver electrode substrate to prepare the flexible heater, immersing the polyimide in a potassium hydroxide solution for ring-opening modification, and selectively growing a silver electrode having a nanoparticle structure on the flexible substrate polyimide by an in-situ growth method and an inkjet printingmethod so as to prepare the flexible heater. The method, by using the high flexibility of the polyimide and using a simple process, manufactures a flexible heater with high response and a large temperature range. The flexible heater can be mass-produced, is low in cost, simple in preparation process and friendly to environment.
