A human body lower limb comparison analysis data matching method comprises the steps of 1, measuring lower limb parameter data of the left side and the right side of a plurality of data acquisition objects for obtaining comparison lower limb parameter data, and lower limb nuclear magnetic resonance image data of the left side and the right side of the data acquisition objects for obtaining comparison lower limb magnetic resonance image data; 2, performing modeling on the comparison lower limb magnetic resonance image data and obtaining a comparison lower limb model; 3, measuring the lower limbparameter data of the an objective target for obtaining testing lower limb parameter data; 4. performing allosymmetry synthesis on the testing lower limb parameter data and the comparing lower limb parameter data in the corresponding step 1, and obtaining a foreign object matching lower limb model; and 5, through the foreign object matching lower limb model obtained in the step 3, searching lowerlimb nuclear magnetic res
