Advertisement playing method and device, service background and computer readable storage medium

The invention discloses an advertisement playing method which is used for a street city intelligent media device and comprises the following steps: acquiring weather conditions monitored by a weathermonitoring module in real time; when the numerical value of a certain element of the weather condition exceeds or is lower than a preset threshold value, sending abnormal information to the service background; and receiving a first advertisement play list associated with the abnormal information and issued by the service background. The invention also discloses an advertisement playing method which is used for the street city intelligent media service background and comprises the following steps: receiving abnormal information corresponding to a certain element of a weather condition sent by the street city intelligent media device; obtaining a first advertisement playing list associated with the abnormal information; and issuing the first advertisement playlist to the corresponding streetcity intelligent media de
