Air quality monitoring and evaluating method and system

The invention provides an air quality monitoring and evaluating method. The method is based on an air quality evaluation model QOI algorithm, and is used for monitoring and evaluating the environmental quality. The method specifically comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring an actually measured concentration value of each pollutant in the air in real time through a data acquisition module by referring to a graded concentration limit value of each pollutant in the air, correspondingly calculating and obtaining an air quality index IAQI of each pollutant, and transmitting the air quality index IAQI of each pollutant to an environment-friendly intelligent monitoring terminal; 2) according to the IAQI of each pollutant obtained at step 1), selecting the maximum value of the IAQI to determine the AQI of the air quality index, and monitoring the air quality in real time according to the air pollution index through the environment-friendly intelligent monitoring terminal; 3) determining and evaluating the air qu
