Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a label-free ECL (electrochemiluminescence) sensor for detecting estradiol on basis of self-luminescent material Ru@MOF-5 serving as a luminophore andbelongs to the technical field of novel functional materials and biosensing. Specifically, the novel material Ru@MOF-5 is synthesized by supporting Ru(bpy)3 on an MOF (metal-organic framework) material MOF-5 with high porosity and good stability and is taken as an ECL sensing platform. The synthesized novel luminescent material Ru@MOF-5 has a self-luminescent characteristic, a coreaction agentis not required to be added to a PBS buffer solution during detection of a target object, and the high and stable ECL signal can be produced. With the strategy, environmental pollution is reduced, and the method is simpler and more convenient to operate. The established label-free ECL sensor is used for sensitively and accurately detecting estradiol.
