Zusammenfassung: | The invention mainly provides a dust flow detection method and an electrostatic induction based dust flow detection device. According to the method, the upstream and downstream electrostatic inductionbased dust concentration is detected to obtain upstream and downstream electrostatic induction functions, correlation calculation is carried out on the two functions to obtain a maximal correlation number as well as time delay, namely time that the dust passes the upstream and downstream, and the flow velocity is then calculated then. The electrostatic induction based dust flow detection device realizes the method. The method and device can be conveniently applied to detect the dust flow in general exhaust apparatuses as a chimney.
本发明主要提出一种粉尘流量检测方法及基于静电感应的粉尘流量检测装置,该方法中,通过对上下游的基于静电感应的粉尘浓度进行检测,分别获得上下游静电感应的函数,然后对两个函数进行相关计算获得最大相关数的并得到延时,即为流过上下游的时间继而计算出流速,该基于静电感应的粉尘流量检测装置实现上述方案。本发明是一种方便应用于实践检测如烟囱一般的排气装置内的粉尘流量的。 |
