A smashing tank is arranged on the left side on a top plate of the device body; anair separation chamber is arranged on the left side of the lower part of the top plate of the device body; a magnetic separator is arranged under the air separation chamber; a second storage tank is arranged under the magnetic separator; an exhaust fan is arranged on the right side of the air separation chamber; a vibration plate is arranged under the right side of the exhaust fan and is fixed onto a right side plate of the device body through a rotary shaft; a water tank is arranged on the right side of the lower part of a vibration plate; and a first storage tank is arranged on the left sideof the water tank.
