Antibacterial powder contains 85% of calcium oxide and 15% of ZnO nano antibacterial active components by weight ZnO is firmly adsorbed on the surface of a CaO carrier, and the particle size of the ZnO is 100 nanometers. The preparation method of the composite nano material comprises the following steps of: soaking oyster shells in a solution of Zn (NO3) 2 6H2O, filtering, drying and calcining at high temperature to obtain the CaO-ZnO composite nano material.
