A digital waveform signal generating device comprises a memory unit, a plurality of event processors and an arbiter. The memory unit is used for storing compiling instruction data. The event processors are used for accessing the memory unit and generating and outputting a waveform signal according to the compiling instruction data. The arbiter is used for determining the sequence of the event processors reading the memory cells.
