Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a fruit firmness measurement system and method fusing acoustic vibration with near-infrared spectrum. A fruit cup is placed on a conveyor belt. A fruit is placed in the fruit cup. The cylinder rod of a jacking cylinder faces upward to support the bottom of the fruit cup. A pressure sensor is mounted on the top of the cylinder rod of the jacking cylinder. The two sides of the inlet side of the conveyor belt are provided with photoelectric sensors for detecting whether the fruit arrives.
