The invention provides a steel bar bender free from reversing. The steel bar bender comprises a workbench. A left partition plate is arranged on the workbench. A right partition plate is arranged at one side of the left partition plate. An electric slide rail is arranged in the position, located at the other side of the left partition plate, of the workbench and connected with a push plate througha slide block. A positioning column is arranged at one end of the left partition plate, and a bending plate is arranged on the side opposite to the positioning column. The bottom end of the bending plate in the transverse direction is fixedly connected with a moving support. The end surface of the moving support is fixedly connected with a hydraulic device. The end surface, located in the workbench, of the moving support is fixedly connected with one end of a rotary shaft. The other end of the rotary shaft is in shaft connection with a fixing shaft. The bottom of one end of the bending plateis in shaft connection wit
