The portable personal DC high-voltage simulation device comprises a battery, a switching power supply, a voltage multiplying circuit and a discharge terminal, wherein the input end of the switching power supply is electrically connected with the battery; the input end of the voltage multiplying circuit is electrically connected to the output end of the switching power supply; and the discharge terminal and the output end of the voltage multiplying circuit are connected through a high-voltage insulating wire.
