Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a premixed powder 3D printing separation detection method. The method is characterized by adopting an acrylic plate with a release film during powder collection, and cooperating with a double-sided glue and a colorless and transparent epoxy resin glue to solve a problem that a surface sample wrinkle interferes a detection result during sampling; and sampling a mixed powderlayer and carrying out elemental energy spectrum surface scanning, calculating an actual ratio of mixed powder according to an energy spectrum color map obtained through scanning, and determining whether the powder is separated based on that. A technical problem that premixed powder 3D printing separation with a same color, similar loose-fitted density and a similar particle size can not be detected can be effectively solved, a material composition ratio is ensured, operation is simple and the method is easy to implement.
