Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of test equipment for lithium ion batteries, in particular to a test method for the compaction density of powder material. The test method includes the following steps:S1, weighing the mass m of a to-be-tested powder material;S2, carrying out briquetting processing on the o-be-tested powder material by a pressing machine (4) to obtain a compacted bulk material (1) with the cross section S; S3, measuring the height h of the bulk material (1); and S4, calculating the compacted density rho of the powder material based on a formula: rho=m/(h*S).According to the provided method, the powder material is directly subjected to briquetting treatment to obtain the compacted bulk material. The method has advantages of simple operation, short sample preparation time, and great convenience and the like; and a few of measurement data are required and thus testing is performed rapidly.
