Each movable subassembly consists of a crank, a first rocking bar, a second rocking bar, a third rocking bar, a fourth rocking bar, a connecting rod, a pedal and a motor, wherein the motor is fixed to the mounting seat and used for driving the crank, and the mounting seat, the first rocking bar, the connecting rod and the third rocking bar are hingedend to end sequentially to form a first parallelogram mechanism. The pedaled exercise training aid for the elderly has the advantages that the training aid can drive feet to move and simulate normal walking gait of a human bo
